Abstract

The invention discloses a structure of a direct current fan, comprising a stator assembly, a rotor assembly and a bearing assembly. The revolving shaft of the rotor is sleeved in the bearing assembly,and the bearing assembly is sleeved in the stator assembly, wherein the bearing assembly comprises a fluid bearing sleeved outside the revolving shaft and a bearing cover sleeved outside the fluid bearing, a base having an integrated sealing structure is arranged at the bottom of the bearing cover, and the bottom end of the revolving shaft supports against the base by a spacer. The structure of the direct current fan efficiently eliminates the friction between a rotating component and a supporting component of a fan, prolongs the service life of the fan and reduces the noise harmfulness.
本发明公开一种直流风扇结构,包括有定子组件、转子组件、及轴承组件,所述转子组件的转轴套设于所述轴承组件内,而所述轴承组件则套设于所述定子组件内,其中,所述轴承组件包括有套设于所述转轴外部的液态轴承及套设于所述液态轴承外部的轴承套,所述轴承套底部设置有一体封闭式结构的底座,而所述转轴的底端通过一垫片抵接于所述底座上。本发明可有效消除风扇的转动件和支撑件之间的摩擦,延长风扇的使用寿命、降低噪音危害。
