Abstract

本发明涉及一种多元复合脱氧剂,尤其是用于管线钢及其他低碳低硅钢冶炼的高效多元复合脱氧剂的成分及制备方法。成分为:Al 8-11%、Si 8-11%、Mn 72-75%、C≤0.15%、P≤0.1%、S≤0.01%,余量为Fe。制备方法包括以下步骤:A.根据用料配比称量A00铝锭、75%硅铁、电解金属锰和低碳废钢;B.在中频感应炉中先熔化75%硅铁、电解金属锰和低碳废钢;C.炉料化清后,加入A00铝锭,A00铝锭熔化后即可倾倒出炉,将合金注入铸铁锭模中;D.凝固后破碎精整为10-50mm的粒度。该合金具有成分均匀、比重大、杂质含量低等特点,而且使用方便,脱氧同时完成合金化。
The invention relates to a polyelement composite deoxidizer, in particular to components and preparation method of a high-efficiency polyelement composite deoxidizer for use in pipe line steel and other low-carbon low-silicon steel smelting. The components include: 8 to 11 percent of Al, 8 to 11 percent of Si, 72 to 75 percent of Mn, 0.15 or less percent of C, 0.1 or less percent of P, 0.01 or less percent of Si and the balance of Fe. The preparation method comprises the following steps: A, weighing A00 aluminum ingot, 75 percent silicon iron, electrolytic manganese metal and low-carbon wastesteel according to a material mixing ratio; B, presmelting the 75 percent silicon iron, the electrolytic manganese metal and the low-carbon waste steel in an intermediate frequency furnace; C, when the furnace burden is smelted completely, adding A00 aluminum ingot, discharging the alloy after the A00 aluminum ingot is molten and pouring the alloy into a cast iron ingot mould; and D, after the alloy is cured, and finishing the alloy to make granularity of the alloy between 10 and 50 millimeters. The alloy has the characteristics of uniform components, specific gravity, low impurity content andthe like, is convenient in use and completes alloying at the same time of deoxidization.
