Abstract

本发明公开了一种禾草类纤维的制浆工艺,采用经过预处理、一次蒸煮、二次蒸煮而成,该工艺能克服已有非木纤维纸浆质量低、能耗高、环境污染大的不足,减少了对环境的污染,每吨浆排出的黑液可减少50%,黑液中硅含量可减少50%,可节省水50%,而且所形成的浆料颜色浅,白度高、硬度低、强度耐折高、易打浆、易漂白。
The invention discloses a pulping process of grass fibers, which comprises the steps of pretreatment, primary steam boiling and secondary steam boiling. The pulping process can overcome the defects oflow quality, high energy consumption and large environment pollution of the prior non-wood fiber pulp and reduce the pollution to the environment. The black liquor discharged from every ton of pulp can be reduced by 50%, the silica content in the black liquor can be reduced by 50%, and water can be saved by 50%. Moreover, the produced pulp has light color, high whiteness, low hardness, high folding strength, easy pulping and easy bleaching.
