Abstract

一种重型燃机压气机转子和透平组件电子束焊接工艺,其特征在于:重型燃机压气机转子和透平组件电子束焊接工艺缩短量工艺裕度的经验计算公式:η=(0.4~0.6)×S×(Wr<sup>2</sup>/Wf×Wm)×10<sup>-n</sup>。a.0Cr11Ni2MoNbV材料大厚件电子束焊时,为防止裂纹缺陷产生所填加的合金为GH536板材,厚度为1.0mm~2.0mm;b.填加的GH536合金板材规格的经验计算公式为:δ=0.1(S<sub>1</sub>-B<sub>1</sub>)。本发明的优点:焊缝质量合格,尺寸精度等各项技术指标符合要求,尤其是压气机五~十级鼓筒一次组合焊接完成6条焊缝,标志着中国重型燃机的自主研发突破了关键制造技术,掌握了大型燃气轮机核心的特种工艺,该项技术填补了国内空白,达到国际先进水平。

The electron beam welding process has the advantages that: the quality of weld seams is qualified; various technical indexes such as dimensional accuracy and the like meet the requirements; particularly, one-time gang welding of 5 to 10-level drums of an air compressor finishes six weld seams,which marks that the independent research and development of a heavy duty gas turbine in China breaks through key manufacturing technology and a core special process for a large gas turbine is mastered; and the technology fills up the domestic blank and achieves the international advanced level.
